FM radio volume does not work

2002 ml 320 500,500 miles 2017 and E550 20K miles
FM radio volume does not work
I own a 2002 ML 320. Recently the FM radio volume does not work. THe Volume for the WB,AM and CD all work. If the volume is turned all the way up while on the FM setting, you can faintly hear the radio.
Any ideas?
