Hi all,

Please could you help me with a problem I have with my Alarm Siren on my 1996 W202 Classic 220.

My Alarm Siren stopped working about a month ago and after looking through all your forums , I decided to check out the fault for myself, ( Something I wouldn't have dreamed of doing a month ago ). I found the siren on the Offside wing between the Fuse box and the Air filter. After dismantling it from the body and taking it apart, I found it to be badly corroded and beyond repair.

The part has a number on it Q3 50 06364 FHLC , and although it has MB on it I believe it to be an after market Scorpion alarm fitted by the dealership when the car was new.

Is there an alternative siren that I can replace it with or do I have to source an exact part for my car.

Any help in this matter would be appreciated.
