Troubles with Dension AGW500.

Troubles with Dension AGW500.
Hi, 
I own a W211 2007 year with a Comand 50 NTG1 head unit, and a Dension Most AGW500.
Well. I am unable to put the Comand unit in "text mode". I've tried the Dension instructions. I unplug the iPod and the USB devices, but no CD5-Track 1... is displayed. So, when I press the FF (>>) button for 10 seconds, nothing happens.
In addition, though I select in the CD6 menu the option iPOD interface GW, immediately when I choose the CD1, CD3 or CD4 for scan, the system change to "Scan... iPod interface UI."
I can not see in any way the author and the title of the song that is playing.
Finally, in the CDC option, the CD2 is disabled.
I wrote to Dension several times, but they do not answer.
Please help me. Any sugestion? Is there any other way to select the "text mode" in the Comand unit? (I have a Star Diagnosis chinese).
