Media Interface Plus Help!
Picked up my new MIP last night and installed everything per the directions... everything works fine after pairing, LED turns blue just like the manual states, then when I plug my iPod in to play Pandora it states either no device found or no playable files.
Bluetooth streaming does work, but the quality isn't as great as I would like. I have read every thread on here, and have seen people running Pandora direclty plugged into the MIP, so I know it should work. Called customer care today, and the call that I received back from Tech Support said what I was trying to do is impossible, and the only thing the cable connection is good for is playing directly from the iPod, no Pandora.
Can someone that is utilizing Pandora directly plugged in help? I appreciate any assistance as I am at a standstill and need to decide if I will return the Media Interface.

Small Update: I figured out for the Pandora app to launch on the COMAND for some reason you have to have music on the iPod so it recognized playable media first. Must be the reason I was always getting the error of no playable files.
Now if I could only get rid of that Mercedes/Pandora accessory attached screen.
