I have not had any problems with them. I had them do a custom box for me. check out the site on the bottom to see the box.

Or above where it says nine (depends on how you look at it)
You should be able to press in with a small taped screw driver to press in and release that clip.

thanks ricky. i'll try that.
to remove the speaker grill, open the window, and pull off the edges (it has four clips attached to the door frame) then slide it toward the hood of the car. comes right off.
to remove the speaker (after disconnecting the wires), there are four tabs holding it in place onto the grill. pop all four from the inside out and pull the speaker out.
this is for an 05 c320 (and also tried it on a c230k).
