Does this ruling mean that Escort has to stop selling/supporting those GPS enabled models? Or does it mean they have to fork over some $$

 

While it's nice to see a "little guy" win over a big corporation (and their perceived presumption of "untouchability"), this is...once again...bad news for the consumer, no matter what the outcome. You will either no longer be able to buy this technology, or you will be forced to pay more for it.

 

I was joking about K40, it was not bank rolled by them, they had nothing to do with it
