Illuminated door seals

This is not audio but sort of electronics topic.
Does anyone know where to get those illuminated inserts only? Or better yet just the illuminated strip part with out mercedes benz or amg template on top of it? I am not sure how it's made because I never had one of those in hand. I would like to make custom illuminated door seals that don't necessary say amg or mercedes benz.
