Gremlins After Amp/Sub Install
So I was successful in adding a Baja 700/1 amp and a JBL 12-inch sub in my trunk to beef up the factory system. I didn't have the factory sub, so I tapped the rear speaker wires from the AGW, spliced RCA's into the wires, ran them to the line input, and got it working. I bought the amp and sub from a friend a while back, so it was already tuned and captures the low end that I've been lacking. Since then I've had a few gremlins...
1. Most times, when I turn the car on, the head unit will start up, all functions work, but there is no audio at all. To fix it, I turn off the ignition and pull the key out, stick it right back in, start the car, wait for the "Mute" signal to turn off on the head unit (about 15-20 seconds) then it's all good from there.
2. I've lost the one touch up feature on my driver's side window. The other three windows work fine.
3. The moonroof button functions are wierd... up and down don't work to raise and lower the moonroof. Forward and back raise, lower, and slide the moonroof open and closed.
Last week, I drove from home to my normal coffee shop before going to the office. I turned off the car, went inside for 10 mins, came back out, started the car, and the "Mute" symbol was on the radio display. I turned it off, took out the key, restarted it, but it stayed muted. In the afternoon, I disconnected the battery and reconnected it, and the audio came back to life, but not immediately.
Anybody else had any similar issues after amp/sub install? I've been searching this issue on the web and forums for about a week now with no luck.

Wow, 172 looks and nobody chiming in? Don't let me intimidate y'all now... it isn't super terrible or anything, I'm just wondering if I'm the only one who has experienced anything like this after adding a little bump to the stock system!
