PCMCIA card play when engine starts?

PCMCIA card play when engine starts?
I leave the pcmcia card in the slot after I shut down the car, but after I restart the car, COMAND won't recognize the memory unless I eject and reinsert it, just wondering if anybody knows any trick to let the COMAND directly play from memory without the "reinsert" process? thanks
