Nav in E320.
Friend of mine has an 03 E320. I've helped her with fixing a few odd things, but don't have a lot of MB experience. She found some OEM Nav systems on sale on E-bay:

My reading of the fine print leads me to believe this would be a difficult endeavor. Her current audio system is listed as 810 Sound System on her datacard. Not sure how much this matters.
Is there anyone who could give me advice on what the pitfalls are in attempting this - esp since I don't have a lot of MB experience. If there's a tutorial or something on this I'd love to see it. Any info would be appreciated.
