iPhone5 not pairing

Mine wouldn't pair at first either but try this:
Turn iPhone bluetooth on, let it search for bluetooth device.
Go to your BT Audio screen and go into the option on the bottom left (forgot what it was called).
There should be a refresh button or something in that page, just hit it and your iPhone 5 should show up.
Then select it and a code will appear on your iPhone, just hit the "Yes it matches" button and you'll be paired.

Getting Comand to recognise iPhone5
I had the same problem and tried various options from forum threads but they didn't work for me. Rang my dealer who told me that I needed the iPhone to have Bluetooth on (which it was, of course) but also have Bluetooth screen showing. Without that, the phone wasn't making itself visible to the car. Tried this, and it worked perfectly. Now the car and phone are paired, I don't have to do this and the phone works perfectly, including all the voice commands.
