Cleaning HVAC controls
I purchased from ebay W209 digital HVAC controls for my C55 (W203). Mainly because I wanted to customize my car just a little bit.
However what was shipped to me seems like it sat in the elements for a bit.. or is just really dirty. The dials used to control the direction for each side seem very stiff. And you can hear what sounds like grime in each of them.
Now I'm currently seeing if I can return these since I'm not a fan of sticking crap in my car. However if that fails does anyone know how to clean electronics? I can tear this thing apart np. However I don't know what chemicals to use so I don't damage any of the components.
