Comand mic not working properly, ViseeO MB-4 + iPhone 4S + Lumia 800 ??
Hi,
I bought two weeks ago an ViseeO MB-4 BT adaptor. Everything works almost fine.
When I call to someone, I can hear him / her very well. Problem is that my voice is not hearing at all or is very very quiet.
So far I've tried:
-Upgrading the firmware in BT-4
-Removing the fuses for comand, navigation, radio etc.
-Removing and re-installing two orange fiber optic cables that are attached to a box in front of spare tyre.
-Tried with different phones iPhone 4S, Lumia 800, Nokia N95...
Could it be some kind of auto sound adjuster ?
Depleted mic?
Does anyone know how to go step-by-step into "secret options" in Comand, where you can adjust the mic gain (factory preset) ??
Please help.

Please help me if you solved the problem, I have exactly the same situation, same car same equipment.... I suspect I fried the microphone by connecting it with inversed pinout.
Tried with a different microphone and if I yell very close on the microphone I can be heard ... Thanks!

I think I had this problem back in the day, ended up only offering the navtv took solution with an external mic. Problem was solved and there were no issues afterwards. You can make the connections behind the cd changer and mount the bt box under the passenger side dash as there is enough room to toss in a few keys in there (kilos... as smuggling)
