hey guys

I got my car with multimedia package (or at least that's what I thought) lol but always wondered why I never got the ipod cable just like i did with my 09 c300. In my center console compartment all I have/see is the slot for USB and AUX jack hole. To install the ipod interface, do I only need the ipod cable and thats it???? or is there codes or sofware updates that need be done?? Hopefully it's just the cable lol .....and where can i order it from other than the dealership??
