SL55 AMG 2003 Electronic Problems

Hi, I'm currently having problems with my sl55 AMG whereby all the dash lights and dials loose power and drop off to zero at various times, then all of a sudden spring back to life. Also the hydraulic suspension raises and lowers itself at various times (look like a right idiot at traffic lights) and the 'pinging' noise is going off as all this is happening.

Any advice where i should start looking for these electrical gremlins would be greatly appreciated.

E55 Wagon, E550 Conv

Could be a EIS issue?? Your electronic ingition switch. Also sounds like there is ABC issues as well like a valve block leaking. I would have a shop with SDS look into it.
