Help, I have a 07 E350 and I took a navigation DVD player from a 04 E55. I have a DVD for 07 maps, but when I place the DVD in the player in the trunk I get a message: No DVD Please insert a Nav-DVD (car trunk). The fiber cable is connected along with the other cables with ends. I do notice I have one black cable that has no where to be plugged into. Am I missing other parts?
