Install help on 211

I have an 04' E320 and pulled my stereo out today... Guess I should have researched a bit more before ordering a bunch of parts that now seem to be useless to me.

The harness behind the deck is just the 2 fiber optics wires (orange) and a few smaller wires (I think 4)...

I was planning to install a Kenwood NAV unit, subwoofer and amp but it seems as though this is not going to happen very easily... I've been searching for about 2 hours now and can't seem to find much information.

I assume I will have to rewire everything...

Can I just bypass the amp in the rear and pick up speaker wires there?? Or must I go directly to each speaker?

Can anyone lead me to a link or possibly help? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Not really interested in keeping the factory amp. I have already purchased a 4 channel amp and 2 channel amp for subwoofer. I am basically looking for wire colors at the amp to make my install go quicker rather than test each wire.

it only takes 15 minutes to figure the wires, obviously the browns are ground and the speaker wires are twisted together further making it easier. cut pair, strip, test with a 9v battery or AA and the speaker will pop... you now found that location. not like it is going to make it any slower... as you have to access the amp anyways.

wiring diagram is great to have, but if not available it shouldn't slow you down

sometimes you will get a little click or some static when popping with battery. these are usually the tweeters and have a capacitor inline with the speaker... resulting in no pop, unless another speaker is coupled to it off the same speaker wires.
