I have a simple Audio LCD system which is without navigation, can I upgrade it to W204 Navigation system? like the one in the link below?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/BENZ-C200-W204-2005-2011-Car-Navigation-System-DVD-Player-GPS-BT-Radio-USB-SD-/231080939691?pt=US_Video_In_Dash_Units_w_GPS&hash=item35cd7f50ab&vxp=mtr
Is the Scrolling Knob Wheel and the CD changer would be compatible and function with this upgrade?

Thanks for cooperation

A WD204 is unknown here, we only know Mercedes cars. Your car looks very much like a W204 though.

Are you serious with the Chinese head unit, this is nothing like the OEM COMAND unit (may look even more fancy but you know the quality...).

I am not serious about the chines head unit itself, but I ask if I can change the radio display of my car with flip LCD (like the chines one) compatible with the CD changer and driving wheel function keys

from when i seen these at CES, i thought they were a cool idea. it uses the basic audio aux input from the factory system and the dvd player is in the glovebox. i am sure if creative enough you can tear apart the comand disc drive and mount this there, but it wouldn't be worth it. i believe they said audio stations can be seen through the cluster. again a bandaid to the problem of integrating into a MOST audio system on a weird dash size. if alpine or kenwood would of updated their vhub and what ever kenwoods was, it would be a great way also.. but it is outdated and you will have to settle for this ban-aid
