what would make your comand unit stop outputting? when I press the power button the logo appears for 10 secs and fades out but nothing else 06 E350

A broken MOST fibre cable, detached fibre connector, a broken MOST ring device. You can also try to reset the AGW, the phone control unit etc. (remove the fuse).

i forget if the comand will turn on and stay on when the power button is pushed and it is disconnected off the MOST loop in the 211. if it does then you have a corrupt comand, if it does not then you might have a bad audio gateway. you will need someone here to be the hero and remove the 6 screws (and loosen 2) to validate.
