c300 low beam out. replaced bulb, still doesn't work.

forgive me if this is wrong forum. I thought this might be an electrical issue. Display on car indicated need to check right (passenger) low beam. car has regular bulb not hid. I removed the low beam and inspected and was definitely blown. I replaced with new bulb but new bulb did not work. to double check the new bulb I placed it into the drivers side and it worked fine. I also put the original working drivers side bulb into the pass side and still no go. the new bulb and my orig drivers side bulb both work fine...both light hen placed into drivers side housing but neither will work in passenger side. is this a fuse issue?

nm I did not realize you must allow time for computer to recognize new bulb. I waited 10 minutes then cranked car and it works fine.
