I am upgrading from a 2010 E350 to a 2014 E350. I want to clear all addresses, garage door opener info, telephone, settings etc.

I have found out how to de-authorize the phone, garage door settings, eject the CDs and delete music files

Is there any way to copy the address information from the memory to download it in a new car?

Can all the addresses be deleted at once?
