v60 handset
I need to acquire the MB v60 handset for my car. Question: Does anyone know if the MB v60 phone designed for Cingular (TDMA) will work with AT&T (TDMA also) or is it locked somehow to the carrier?

You have to specify
When you purchase the V60i handset from Mercedes, you have to specify which carrier, Verizon (CDMA) or ATT/Cingular (TDMA).
The cost of a V60 handset is in excess of $600, but Ebay has quite a few up for auction from time to tiem. I got my CDMA handset off ebay for $300.
