As some may know, the links to the phone bulletins referenced in the How-To Guide on Cell Phones, above, once located on Paul H. Dick's website, no longer work. Thanks to the efforts of elc32955 and Ex-Fed, there is now a pdf file that re-creates those links, and that will take you to the bulletins. The bulletins cover some models from '99, all models from '00-'05 and some '06. There are also instructions for installation of the CDC in some of the bulletins.
