Modern cars spew all kinds of spurious RF and computer garbage that tired old analog can't deal with. You may never find the actual cause of the hissing which sounds less like a ground loop. You may need to try everything to bypass capacitors in all the correct places? or even a Mu metal shield around sensitive components. There are no real hard and fast rules when tracking down this kind of issue. Start with limiting the length and connections of RCA plugs/cables and route them far away from other wire bundles. They tend to act like antenna for noise.

Did you check all your gronds and made sure they are short length and same gauge as power wire? If so then you probably dont have a ground loop and any isolators and additional grounding wont help.

Like he said you are probably picking up RFI somewhere between the deck and your amp isn't capable of filtering it out. With all the electronics in this car and modules it will be impossible to get rid of the noise.

I suggest you switching to a cable system that will NOT PICK up (or I should say is more resistant) any introduced RFI, Such as a true Symbilink setup (DECK->Zapco SLDIN.T -> Symbilink Cable->Amp) In order for it to work correctly you need to install the SLDIN.T Directly behind the deck and use a Symbilink cable from there to a compatible amp. If you extend it to the rear using an RCA cable you will not make any improvements because the RCA cables can easily pick up RFI so it must be eliminated all together.

Another option is to go with an optical setup (like the one that came with the factory radio) But that is very expensive and you are very limited on the amps you can use. RFI is the main reason why modern cars use the CANBUS and Optical link systems.

Good luck and let us know what worked out!
