Navigation no longer activated in 2007 w209 clk
Hi Guys
I really hope that someone can help me with a diy solution to a problem that I have with the command Harmon Kardon system that I have in my 2007 Clk 350.
I collected my vehicle last week and the dealer had forgotten to provide me with my navigation DVD, the Austen message was that no disk was inserted. Upon reporting this he provided me an original disk. I inserted it and the system seem to hang for a bit and then reset. Upon boot up I now had a news and more concerning message on the screen which reads "navigation not activated". It's almost like some sort of upgrade happened and then the coding was lost. The guys at commandonline.co.uk have a solution which is apparently quite quick and easy. The problem is that I am based in Johannesburg and the shipping to the UK will be significantly more than the fix.
All the audio guys dowb here that I have spoken to so far don't have any idea.
