2004 mercedes e320
radio
2004 Mercedes 2004 e320 (w211) radio not working logo display only I took the car to a Mercedes dealer they said the radio had no power ? I then replaced the radio but still have the same problem logo comes on for a few seconds then shuts off thANKS FOR YOUR HELP

you replaced the radio or the fuse? might be something such as the amp or phone/sos module not powering up and causing the system to not boot up. you would need optical bypass plugs to troubleshoot yourself

hat did the dealership charge you? obviously I would be upset with them if it is doing the same thing because of mis diagnosis. Is that an option? loop the nav, and cd changer and telaid. get a few more of those bypass plugs.
does the logo come on when opening the door and starting the vehicle? or do you manually have to press the button? remember the audio gateway is waht is telling the radio to turn on via CAN
