Replacement of COMMAND on W164
Hi guys, i have Mercedes ML 350 W164 2006 and it's bought from USA, so it can't be used in Europe 
(different hardware). I'm considering to change it, but i'm not sure is it possible to change it with the command from facelift model (NTG 2.5 i think). I like it more because there is a place for CD and SD card, so i won't need a CD changer. My question is about the possibility of changing COMMANDs from different years. Does the connetcors are the same with the NTG 2.0 ? And if it's possible can you give me some advice of DIY way?

Yes i've read something about this, but amplifier is needed when your car is with Harman Kardon system. And mine doesn't have it. But if it's necessary i will buy it. My main question is it possible this change? Different comands from different years to fit to older car. I can buy a NTG 2.5 from W164 2010 totaly crashed for 250$. I hope i can put it in my W164 from 2006
