In-Dash Radio / Single CD Player
Can anyone confirm whether the factory-installed radio in a 2002 CLK 320 can be swapped with another unit that has both a radio and single CD player?
If so, please advise what my options are.
I am a hardcore audiophile and am not keen on having limited access to a multi-disc CD changer mounted in the trunk; which seems to be my only option (according to the MB dealer).
I am located in the mid-Altantic area of the USA and was hoping I could purchase a combination receiver, that is fully compatible with the car's steering wheel and laser optic technology, and find someone (such as my dealer or a suitable technician) who can install it for me.
