2014 A Class
Command microphone issue
Hi,

Looking for some guidance please....

2014 A Class. I was mid hands free call this morning when the call dropped out....

When mobile signal returned I tried to reconnect the call. When the call connected the mic mute icon appears for about 2 seconds and then the hands free call function drops out. Call continues on my actual handset though.
I've tried the mic on the PTT nav function and it is working.

Seems mic is only not working for telephone... Which is a real pain!

Any suggestions????
