Exclamation Bluetooth audio help

I have recently purchased and 2009 CLL 200 CDI SPORT.

Loving the car, but one question I cant seem to find an answer to, I cant to stream music over bluetooth, and dont really know why.

The car does come with the ipod integration kit, however the plug is for the old ipods and iphones, and does not fit my slim one, but I assum as it pairs for calls it would pair for music right?

Is there something stupid I am over looking, please help!!!

I don't know anything about that head unit, but it's possible that it simply doesn't support the A2DP standard which is required for playing music over Bluetooth. So the normal Bluetooth calling might work, but not music.

Your car doesn't have BT audio capability, just phone which is a completely different system.

Get a Tune2Air Bluetooth adapter. It'll plug into the old 30 pin style Apple cable in the car. Pair your device to it and you're all set. If you use an IPhone as your source, all of the COMAND and steering wheel controls work as well. About $90 on Amazon.
