LG LB070WV3 7" display panel
I was doing some research into replacing a screen in my car with some scratch damage and I came across several ebay and amazon listings for this display panel. It seems to be a direct replacement for the 7" Comand screens in several Mercedes models.

Prices run anywhere from $90 on up to $400, which is where I think I've seen some OEM panels listed.

Does anyone know if these are the same in use by the factory? If not how do they compare?
