2015 GLK350 Comand no longer reading texts - also says "speech" and a 555 number
Just a couple of days ago my car stopped reading the received text messages. I have gone through these threads and tried everything that I found, even reset the system and rebooted then re-authorized my phone.
We have tested it by having my girlfriend send me a text, the system beeps, the envelope shows up but it will not read it aloud unless I navigate to that command - where it used to do it automatically.
Also - her number does not show up as the sender - it says "speech" and a 555 number, but when I navigate to the message her name and number are there.
I'm stumped - can anyone assist?
