C class comand problem

C 200 2011
C class comand problem
I have a w204 2011 and Im having problem with the COMAND. When I turn on the COMAND it just shows the mercedes logo for a minute and then it restarts by itself, when this happens the comand seems to be working normaly for about 20 seconds and it stucks and doesnt respond to any button from the pannel accept the volume scroller. After this it restarts again to do the same thing. What do you think the problem might be and what can i do to solve it?

sounds like the software is corrupt and will need replaced

03 C32 amg, 2002 ML320
I had this problem and it was an open optical ring, My Cd changer had died and broke the connectivity of the optical ring.
