Audio 50 steering wheel interface kit??

Audio 50 steering wheel interface kit??
Im considering to change my APS50 unit into a pioneer 2 din head unit with a new external amp in the rear of the car.
So far no problems with my plans. Connecting the new unit with power from somewhere and stretching RCA cables to the back to the new amp and find the speaker cables there and connect.
So, I would like the volume control buttons on my steering wheel to work but Im having a really hard time finding a cable kit for this. I know I have to stretch a cable kit from the the rear to the new head unit to make this work but I cant find instructions on how to make a cable like this or find a place they sell this kit. Does anyone here know where or how to?
Worst case scenario I dont get none of the steering wheel buttons to work but volume control would be nice
The rest of the radio functions I dont need on the steering wheel.
