W220 Cluster Resistor

2002 S500
W220 Cluster Resistor
Not sure if this is the appropriate place to ask.

Recently I took my cluster apart to replace the mosfets and I noticed a tiny resistor on the back was burnt up, when I went to clean it up to see what the value was it fell completely off. These are on the back side directly behind the mosfets.

Can anyone tell me what the value of this resistor is, I think the first 2 digits were 47? Thanks!
