Hello!

I have what feels like a stupid question but I cannot for my life figure it out. I have a rather new CLS SB with the latest NTG5.5 Comand Online unit. I've paired my phone with it for obvious reasons. Whenever I receive a phone call in the car the ringer volume (the ringer sound that comes out of the speaker system inside the car) is tremendously loud. Waaay to loud.

Where in the world do one adjust this ringer volume?

Any hints or advice greatly appreciated!

Don't know about NTG5.5 but on NTG4.X if you press the lower volume button on the steering wheel whilst it rings you can control ringer or caller and any voice control volume the same way.

Thank you for your reply!

Do you referr to the little "-" (minus) button for volume control on the right side of the steering wheel? The one which you lower the volume of the sound system with? I did try that but that doesn't do anything (for the ringer signal volume). I'm afraid..
