Bluetooth / connection issues c220 bluetec 2015

Bit geeky but I want to set up Alexa dot in car managed a hotspot with iPhone 6 Plus but cannot connect to Bluetooth audio keeps saying not authorised even though I try to authorise also won't connect through alexa app. iPhone connects fine.

Anyone any ideas or can you get a lead for 3.5mm jack to fit one of the USB connections in the armrest
