2009 R320 install kit and interface?
Hi. I have a 2009 R320 with the Harmon Kardon surround sound and the comand radio sucks. It's also failing. It started crashing and rebooting and the handsfree drops calls regularly.
I have a really nice CarPlay compatible Pioneer NEX radio at home I want to put in it. I need an install kit, harness and interface. I've seen info on an MOST interface that appears to not be made anymore, and the one from Nav-TV is not clear whether it will work in my R or not. Does anyone have any experience with this interface, and does it work with the surround processor?
Also, who makes the best steering wheel interface?
As for install kits I have not found any for the R-class. I can make a surround if I have to(I used to own a custom car audio company) and if I can find a chassis, but I don't really have the time.
