2010 Mercedes C 300W4 Sport
W204 navigation
I have a 2010 C300W4 Sport with navigation and keyless go my navigation is stuck on European mode so if I try and enter a destination it just says cancel does anybody know how to correct this I have gone into engineering mode and I says I have no more tries left as you can see from the picture the top part is all greyed out

Naturally a trip to the dealer will resolve this, but if it were me I would try to either
1) Pull the Fuse to the command for a few minutes and then replace it
2) Disconnect the battery for a few minutes. Reconnect then see if Command resets itself
I have never done this for this particular problem but for other problems in other cars it has helped
