2011 ML350 Bluetek drops the stored presets for Sirius radio. (Not AM or FM, only Sirius) Keeps authorization, as I can program right after all presets go to CH184. Everything else is unaffected.

Drops presets anywhere from every couple of days to about 6 months...

Head unit replaced by Dealer...no change.

Anyone got a clue? Thanks!

My '14 GL450 started "updating channels", sometimes a couple of times a day. Music still played but I couldn't change the channel until the updating stopped. After 2 weeks of this I logged onto my Sirius account to get a phone number to call about this. However, they had a page where you could send a refresh signal yourself. I did so and the "updating" stopped, at least for now. Might be worth a try.....

Did the new dealer replaced head unit solve the problem?
I have the same issue. annoying but not life threatening..

Has the issue of losing SiriusXM Presets ever been solved? I am having the same issue with our 2018 GLC300. SiriusXM channels disappear on a regular basis, FM stations seem not affected. Both the dealer and SiriusXM can't find anything wrong.
