The stereo/command screen in my 2012 E350 randomly turns on and off. The dealer said it might need an update but that didnt fix it. Now they think I need a whole you command unit. Not in the mood to spend like $3k on this and have not had much luck in finding an aftermarket system. Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
