2018 Mercedes c43 Sedan
C43 sedan Command iPhone issues

Hello I just picked up a new 2018 c43 sedan and I cannot connect my iPhone via lightning cable to the car. It just keeps saying activating. Bluetooth works fine but I want to use the lightning cable to unlock further features. I’ve tried a different cable and phone same issue helppp please
