intermittent dash/command lights issue

intermittent dash/command lights issue
Anyone experience/resolve these issues - 2007 CL 550
At "start" all the gauges function properly but neither the dash lighting nor command light up - after a few minutes they returns to normal
sometimes the dash fully lights but the command centre remains very low/dimly lighted.
sometimes the "command" lights properly and the dash does not
All began after both driver side windows would not work ( everything else functioned) and the car was plugged in to the computer. Driver window now works, back window, no.
and transmission shifts differently, usually holding a lower gear in city traffic, ok on highway.
ANYONE? APPRECIATE YOUR THOUGHTS
