Comand software update cd
does anyone have a copy of W211589142200 that I could borrow or buy? I went to make an appointment to get the comand software on my 2008 E320 Bluetec updated at the dealer and was told that
1. They don’t have the cd and I would have to buy it ($350)
and
2. It would cost $85 in labor charges.
When I asked why they didn’t have the CD she explained that it’s always been the responsibility of the owner to purchase the CD. Why in the world would the owner be responsible to pay hundreds for a CD that they would only use once?!
anyway I’d be more than happy to pay a “reasonable” price if anyone had one for sale or if I could borrow it for a few days.
