2011 w204 c220 estate. The inergrated sat nav /radio is frozen. When you switch on the radio plays and the map comes up. The location is wrong and doesn't update I can't get to any other screens or change the radio station. The sat nav radio switches off and on intermittently while driving.
I've read through posts related to this so far I've tried removing the fuse to try and reset which hasn't changed the situation. I have also replaced the antenna also without improving the situation.
Has anybody else had this problem?
