What PSE differences for v60 Upgrade?

What PSE differences for v60 Upgrade?
I've come through the debate that since the introduction of v60 on W220 phone systems, there are THREE PSE available:
Q6820754 (original)
Q6820845
Q6820885 (supposedly the newest one)
The first and last ones have price difference about $320 (actually the latest one is 2.5 times more expensive!)
The question is:
What is the difference between those PSE and what benefits will one get by buying the latest PSE and spending extra $320???
