Parts Needed to update to NTG5s1

Hello everyone, I have a 2015 E350 with NTG4.7 and I'm trying to update it to 5s1. Does anyone know what parts are needed for the retro fit other than the unit and screen? Some say that the reverse camera and amps need to be replaced as well?
