2015 C300 COMAND In-Vehicle Internet...not installed?

2015 C300 COMAND In-Vehicle Internet...not installed?
I picked up a CPO 2015 C300 4Matic with a few nice options including the 320 Multimedia Package...which means it has the bigger screen and the COMAND Nav system.
When I signed up for Mbrace (we like the roadside assistance part) they offered internet for $10 a month...sounds good, why not.
Well it doesn't work, numerous calls to Mbrace, and a couple of trips to the dealer later...
...the Service Manager says according to Mercedes, In-Vehicle internet is not installed in my vehicle.
I will be the first to admit that, although they are a great service outfit, they often have issues with understanding how Telematics works...(This is our 3rd Merc)
I have read a few threads in various locations of how to get the dealer to troubleshoot the internet system...
But how can I tell if it is in fact installed, and how can I get them to make it work?
