Adding an active sub to a C219 non HK
Hi Folks
I've got a 2008 CLS with the standard, non-HK stereo and COMAND 2.5 head unit. I want to add an active sub - in my case an Infinity Basslink that I already have. As it's non HK I don't have a factory sub at all and I'm presuming there is no sub-out on the head unit.
Can anyone give me pointers on easiest way to get at speaker-level outputs from the rear speakers to tap into? I believe the Audio Gateway is in the trunk already and that sounds like the easiest place to get a speaker-level feed to connect to the Basslink.
Any pointers much appreciated.
