2008 w219 CLS comand ntg2.5 media interface unavailable

2008 w219 CLS comand ntg2.5 media interface unavailable
Hi.

My media interface stopped working in my 2008 w219, now there wont be any sound from it when i use the Aux plug, allso says media interface unavailable when i try to use it.
annyone got a clue what might be wrong? is there any fuses for the media interface box?
